Wow, that's really bad news for anyone trusting them with parts. Rust on new stuff is a huge red flag for how they check their things. I'd be super annoyed if I bought parts that were already corroding. It's crazy how some stores let their stuff get rusty. Gonna avoid that place for sure, lmao.

My buddy grabbed a replacement spring there (for his old revolver, I think) and it looked fine in the package. When he got it home under good light, it had this gritty orange film all along the coil. He had to drive all the way back to argue for a refund, which they gave him but acted like he was causing a scene. Total waste of an afternoon, and he was paranoid about the other small parts he'd bought. That kind of hidden corrosion just kills your trust in a supplier.
