Freelancing on social media was a letdown until I changed my approach

I used to think just posting my work online would bring clients. Then I found that being active in small groups gets better results. How do you use social media for your freelance work?

People forget to listen first before trying to sell anything.

Exactly! I read this article about how the best sales feel like a normal talk, not a pitch. It said people buy from those who get their real problems. So listening isn't just nice, it's the actual work.

Honestly, that focus on small groups sounds like a lot of extra work for little pay off. Why spend all that time talking to the same few people when a single viral post to everyone can land a huge client? Big, public visibility beats private chats every time.
