Pro tip: never trust a floor plan that shows a toilet next to the front door

Bought a house in Nashville last month based on a listing that showed a half-bath by the entrance, but the actual layout had the toilet facing the door with zero privacy. $5,000 later for a contractor to rotate it all, has anyone else dealt with a misleading floor plan that cost you extra cash?

Take it from someone who learned the hard way - always ask for a live video tour or at least a 3D scan before putting down any money. Those listing photos can hide a lot, like a toilet staring you right in the face when you walk in.
