Wasted $180 on a meal delivery kit service that made my kitchen a disaster zone

I signed up for HelloFresh back in March thinking it would save me time and make me cook healthier. Instead I ended up with 12 half-used spice packets cluttering my cabinet and a sink full of dirty containers every night. The meals took twice as long as the box said and half the produce was already going bad. Did anyone else find these services just create more mess than they solve?

Yeah, totally feel you on that. I tried Blue Apron once and it was the same nightmare, just a different logo. The promise of easy cooking turned into me scrubbing tiny containers and tossing out limp herbs all week.

Twelve half-used spice packets sounds about right, I probably have fifteen in my cabinet right now collecting dust. The time thing is what got me too, they always say 30 minutes but by the time you chop everything and clean up its more like an hour.
