Showerthought: Last Saturday I had a zero-headache day for the first time in 2 years

I woke up, took my dog for a walk around the lake in Greenlake Park, and realized I hadn't felt any pain by noon. Has anyone else ever had a random day where your body just decided to cooperate out of nowhere?
