Spent $80 on a fabric swatch book and it was a total waste for me
Everyone pushes for physical samples, but I found the online color tools from my supplier are way more accurate (and free). Has anyone else moved away from physical swatches for digital design?

Seriously, a design podcast I listen to just said the same thing about digital tools.

Wait, which podcast was that? I listen to a ton of them and they all have pretty different takes on this stuff. The digital tool debate is so broad, it really depends on what part they were talking about. Some shows focus on the creative limits, others just talk about subscription costs. It's hard to know if they're agreeing without the specific point.

Yeah @kim.charlie told me her friend in Seattle actually quit using Figma for a month after listening to some podcast about how it was killing their creativity. She said it was like the guy was talking directly to her studio, it was uncanny.
