Hold up, 8 weeks? That is seriously hard to believe. I've had mixes fall apart in half that time on a good day. @williams.sage must have found some kind of magic recipe, because most stuff I've tried barely sticks around for 4 weeks with a deep crack. Did you use any kind of special base or binder in it, or was it just straight ingredients? I need to know the secret because my farrier is always telling me my packing compacts too fast on heavy horses.
