Yeah @the_sandra, that delay is a huge problem. Read about a case where a system warning got stuck in a queue for 45 minutes. By the time a human saw it, a small leak had turned into a major shutdown. Stuff just sitting there in a digital inbox while real things break. Makes you wonder how many near misses we never hear about.
