Pro tip: My strict 10 PM bedtime plan backfired spectacularly
In my experience, forcing myself to sleep at 10 PM just made me anxious and sleepless. Some say stick to a set time, others say go with your body's cues, what's your view when sleep plans fail?

My fix was tossing the clock out the bedroom. I kept the 10pm wind-down routine, like reading a boring paperback, but let my body decide when to actually sleep. Some nights that's 10:30, others it's 11:45. The pressure to konk out at a specific minute was the whole problem. Now I fall asleep faster because I'm not fighting myself.
