Just realized my entire office thinks it's okay to take the last coffee pod without starting a new pot

I've watched three people this week grab the final pod and walk away, leaving an empty machine for the next person. It's a small thing, but it feels rude and forces someone else to do the setup work. Does your workplace have an unwritten rule about this?

Is it just me or does this coffee pod thing show a bigger lack of awareness everywhere? It's like people stop seeing the next person in line. You see it with empty paper towel rolls in bathrooms, or the last person taking all the creamer. It's a tiny choice that shows if someone is thinking about the group or just themselves. That little moment of laziness adds up and makes shared spaces worse for everyone.

Ugh, @sethb45 nailed it. I'm probably that guy sometimes.
