Can we talk about tipping for takeout orders?

I used to throw a dollar or two on the jar for pickup, but now I tip 20% every time after a friend who worked as a hostess in Austin told me how much those tips matter for front-of-house pay. Do you guys tip full percentage on takeout or just round up?
