Vent: A stubborn case of milia extraction took me 45 minutes for one spot
The client had a deep, hardened milia under her eye that my usual lancing technique wouldn't budge. I debated between being more aggressive with the lancet or switching to a tiny cautery pen, which I'm less comfortable with.
