Vent: A stubborn case of milia extraction took me 45 minutes for one spot
The client had a deep, hardened milia under her eye that my usual lancing technique wouldn't budge. I debated between being more aggressive with the lancet or switching to a tiny cautery pen, which I'm less comfortable with. Has anyone else faced a single extraction that derailed their whole appointment timing?

My worst was a blackhead that took three tools and felt like forever.

Oh man, that sounds like a total war of attrition. Had a milia once that fought back so hard I almost named it. My schedule looked like a bad joke by the time it finally popped. Honestly started wondering if it was secretly a tiny, angry pearl. The client was a saint for sitting through it, but my next person was definitely getting the side-eye for being late. Some of these little things have the spirit of a champion prize fighter, I swear.
