Trying to clear a client's persistent milia turned into a month long project

Honestly, I had a client come in with these tiny, stubborn milia under her eyes that just wouldn't budge. I started with gentle extractions and enzyme peels, but they came back after a week. I ended up switching her to a full new routine with a specific retinol serum and weekly lactic acid treatments. It took four full appointments over a month before her skin finally cleared up for good. Has anyone else found a better method for that kind of deep-set milia?

Tbh I'm just over here trying to get a single blackhead out and calling it a career. A whole month on milia sounds like a level of patience I just don't have. Honestly good on you for sticking with it, my clients would fire me after week two of zero results. I guess some skin stuff just needs that slow, annoying grind.

Ever try using a microdermabrasion tool on those? I had a similar case that cleared up after two sessions with one, saved me so much time.
