Shoutout to the microcurrent wand that just gave up mid-facial

My NuFace device sputtered out halfway through a session yesterday, so I had to finish with just manual massage. Anyone have a reliable brand they swear by for that kind of tech?

My old NuFace gave up after exactly 37 uses.

Did you reach out to NuFace customer service? @holly898 got exactly 37 uses, that's way too soon for a device that costs that much. I'd be pissed if mine died that fast. My Foreo Bear has held up for over a year with daily use, no issues yet.

Thirty-seven uses is practically brand new, so what's the point of paying for high-end tech if it's built to fail? These companies bank on you just buying a replacement without complaint. Makes you wonder if they design them to konk out right after the warranty expires, doesn't it?
