My steamer died mid-facial on a client in Seattle last Tuesday

I was in the middle of extractions on a regular client when my 5-year-old steamer just coughed and stopped. No steam, just hot spitting water everywhere. I had to finish with hot towels and a handheld mister I keep for backup. Anyone else have a key piece of gear fail at the worst possible moment?

Read somewhere that steamers last about 5 years on average.
