My wrist pain vanished after I adjusted my soldering posture

I used to get bad wrist aches from hunching over my bench all day. Then I watched a video on ergonomics for tech work and raised my chair height. Now I make sure my elbows are at a right angle and my wrists are straight. It sounds simple, but it made a huge difference in how I feel after hours of repair.

Man, this is everywhere now. It's like we're all trying to find that one perfect fix for problems that are just built into modern life. We buy special chairs, get blue light glasses, and download apps to remind us to breathe. Sometimes it helps, like your chair fix, which is awesome. But sometimes you just can't outsmart the fact that sitting and staring at tiny parts all day is hard on a human body, lol.

Ugh, that stuff is SO overrated. I tried the whole perfect posture thing and my hands STILL hurt like crazy after work. Sometimes the pain just comes no matter what you do.

Yeah, I was totally into that until my own hands kept hurting. Now I just listen to my body and move around more.
