My oscilloscope probe tip snapped off during a tricky capacitor test yesterday

I was trying to measure ripple on a power supply board and the tip just broke clean off when I leaned into it. Has anyone found a decent replacement set that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

Wait, did the tip snap off or the whole probe body break?

Have you checked out the cheap generic probe sets on Amazon? I bought a two-pack for around twenty bucks a few years back and they work fine for basic hobby work like this. The bandwidth might be lower than the name brand stuff but for power supply ripple measurement it does not matter one bit.
