Ha! @jakef66, you're not wrong. It's like planning the victory parade before you even win the game. I've seen this happen a lot, like when teams buy all the gear before they have a solid plan. Makes you wonder why we keep repeating the same mistakes.

Actually gotta disagree here. Sometimes you need the gear to even see what's possible. How can you make a solid plan if you don't know what tools you're working with? Seen it work where having the stuff upfront sparks the best ideas. Maybe @jakef66 is right about the cart and horse, but sometimes you gotta load the cart to know where the horse can go.
