Just finished a 500 sheet order for a new apartment block downtown
That's the biggest single job I've ever done by myself. It took me three weeks straight, working ten hour days. I didn't think I could keep that pace up, but I hit the last screw yesterday. Anyone else ever get surprised by a big number they pulled off? How do you handle the recovery time after a marathon like that?

Honestly, the mental crash after a big push is worse than the physical tiredness. Gotta force yourself to take a full day doing absolutely nothing.

My old boss taught me that last year.

Took me a while to learn that lesson. After a big project I used to just dive into the next thing and burn out fast. Now I block off a whole weekend to just watch bad movies and not check email. It feels lazy but it's the only way my brain resets.
