Leaving every site cleaner than you found it is a nice sentiment, but it might not fit every job. I've seen cases where going beyond basic cleanup actually messes with the next crew's process or wastes paid hours. Your heart is in the right place, but clients often hire you for specific tasks, not unpaid janitorial work. Striking a balance between being respectful and staying efficient feels more realistic to me. Does your approach ever clash with time limits or what other workers expect?
