The Tuesday my CAD file corrupted 10 minutes from deadline

I was nearly done with a full set of shop drawings for a hospital renovation last month. The file just froze and I lost everything I did that day. Ended up staying until 9 PM redrawing the ductwork and piping layouts. What made it worse was I had auto-save on but it hadn't triggered in over an hour. Has anyone else had auto-save fail on them at the worst possible time?

That happened to me last week actually, @wells.reese. I was trying to fix my dryer and thought I had it all figured out. Ended up making the same mistake twice before my neighbor came over and showed me what I was doing wrong. Felt pretty silly standing there with the manual I'd already read three times. But hey, sometimes you just gotta mess things up a few times before it sticks in your brain.
