Am I the only one who messed up a blueprint scale and it wasted a bunch of materials?

I was drawing up plans for a simple shed roof and got the scale wrong on my CAD printout. We cut all the rafters based on that, and they were way too short when we got to the site. Had to scrap the whole batch and start over, which killed our schedule for the day. Now I triple-check the scale box before I even think about cutting anything. It's a dumb mistake that cost me time and cash, lol.

Couldn't that mistake have taught you more than perfect plans ever would?

Learned so much (mostly regret).

Ever learn more from a total mess than a neat plan?
