Anyone have experience renting or buying from Jake Containers?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to get a 20ft shipping container for some extra tool storage on my property. Has anyone here worked with Jake Containers? Their prices seem decent but I want to make sure the delivery process is smooth and the containers are actually wind and water tight.

Rented from them while doing a major home renovation. No complaints at all. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and the unit was clean and didn't smell weird like some older containers do.

I bought a 40-footer from them a few months ago. The container was exactly as described (I went with a one-trip condition unit). The delivery driver was super skilled too, backed it right into a tight spot next to my barn with zero issues.
