Jeez, a whole ramp just collapsed? That's not a loose mat or a trip hazard, that's a total structural failure.

Oh man, that's scary! Last winter I tripped over a loose floor mat at the grocery store and almost took out a whole display of soup cans. Hope you're okay, that must have been jarring.
