The grocery cart that flipped me into the produce aisle

I was at the Safeway on 4th Street last Tuesday, leaning on my walker to grab a bag of apples, and somehow my cart rolled backwards and tipped over a display of oranges. I ended up on the floor surrounded by rolling fruit while a store employee asked if I needed a mop or an ambulance. Has anyone else had their mobility aid pull a surprise stunt that left you laughing through the embarrassment?

Get the walker basket replaced with a solid tray model, those mesh ones will flip you every time. I switched after my cart took out a pyramid of canned soup and never looked back.

Went through three mesh baskets before I learned my lesson. That last one caught on a display endcap at Target and sent me spinning into a wall of soda bottles. Swapped to a solid tray and now I can actually carry my groceries without looking like a pinball machine mid-disaster. Best switch I ever made, no contest.
