Just finished my first solo grocery trip in 3 months

Made it through the whole store with my walker and even carried my own bags to the car last Tuesday. Has anyone else hit a mobility milestone that felt impossible a year ago?

Hell yeah, congrats. That first solo trip back is a huge deal. Grab one of those little carabiner hooks for your walker next time, it's a game changer for hanging your bags so you don't have to carry anything. Also if your store has the motorized carts, don't be shy about using them on bad days - they're not just for old folks. Took me forever to get over that mental block about asking for help loading groceries, but now I just wave down a stocker and theyre always chill about it. Keep pushing, it gets a little easier each time.
