Had a shockingly good day with my chronic pain last Tuesday

Tbh I usually wake up stiff and miserable, but last Tuesday I got out of bed after 8 hours of sleep and felt almost normal. I even walked to the corner store and bought milk without needing to sit down halfway. Ngl, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop all day but it never did. Has anyone else had a random good day that made you question if your disability is real?

Man, that's awesome. Those days are rare but man do they hit different. I get it completely. It's like your body just decides to cooperate for once and you almost don't trust it. Makes you second guess everything, especially when people don't see the bad days. Glad you got that one good day, it's a little win.

Honestly those random good days are such a mind trick, I almost feel guilty when I get one.
