Rant: Coworking spaces vs coffee shops for focus is the wrong debate

Everyone argues about wifi speed and noise levels, but nobody talks about how coffee shops let you control your own schedule while coworking spaces lock you into monthly commitments that don't flex when you travel. I have been hopping between both for 2 years across 4 cities and the real difference is flexibility, not productivity. Which do you think works better for keeping a steady routine?

Coworking spaces locking you into monthly commitments kills the whole point of remote work.

Tried DayPass in Austin for $25 a pop. No contract, just pay as you go. Worked great when I needed a desk for the afternoon without feeling trapped.

Locking you into monthly commitments" - wait, for real? That's insane!
