He came in wanting to learn everything, but after getting passed over for lead twice, now he just does the bare minimum and leaves. Anyone else seen someone totally burn out from a lack of advancement?

Maybe he saw the lead's paycheck and it wasn't much better.

Maybe he just realized the lead role isn't worth the extra stress lol. Could be a smart move for his mental health.
