Remember when coworkers actually knew how to do their jobs without a training video for every little thing?
I swear the new kid last week asked me how to staple papers because there was no module on it in the onboarding system. Has anyone else noticed training has gotten way too specific yet somehow useless at the same time?

Did they actually expect you to learn stapling from a screen?

Stapling is actually a safety issue if you don't train it right, and modules cover the legal stuff the company needs. Would you rather they just throw the kid in blind and hope nothing gets jammed?
