Rant: The printer jammed for two hours before the quarterly review

I was supposed to collate 30 reports for the big meeting, but the main office printer just kept eating paper. I spent the whole morning trying to clear the jam, then restart the spooler, then finally had to run to the FedEx on 5th Street. Has anyone else had a simple task blow up their entire morning?

That FedEx on 5th is always a lifesaver. Honestly, a two-hour printer jam just sounds like a normal Tuesday.

Three times last month I had to use the one on Oak Street because our office printer just gave up on life. Walked in at 7:45 PM with 30 pages of a contract that had to be signed by midnight. The guy at the counter didn't even blink, just waved me toward the self service machine like it was nothing. Honestly that place has pulled me out of so many late night jams I should probably send them a fruit basket or something.
