Rant: That 'entry level' warehouse job I took in Atlanta turned into a 2 year trap
I started at a fulfillment center in Atlanta back in June 2022 because they promised growth. Two years later I'm still stacking boxes for $16.50 an hour with zero raises. They hired 3 managers from outside instead of promoting anyone. Has anyone else seen this bait and switch with warehouse jobs?

Companies figured out if they keep dangling promises and hiring outside, people eventually just quit instead of fighting for raises lol. It's the same pattern everywhere now, like a weird social experiment in seeing how long people will take unfair treatment.

Same exact thing happened to me at a warehouse in Marietta, promised raises that never came.
