My spreadsheet just hit 500 'customer is always right' complaints logged

I started it as a joke after a guy yelled at me over a $3 coupon, but now it's a real document. The 500th entry was a lady who demanded a refund because her hot coffee was, and I quote, 'too thermally active'. Anyone else track the weird stuff just to stay sane?

Too thermally active" is an all timer. I saw a post once where someone kept a list of "best" complaints too.

Honestly "too thermally active" is a fantastic one. I remember a complaint about a blender that said it "blends too smoothly" which always stuck with me. People get so creative when they're annoyed.
