Changed my mind about staying at a job after my uncle sat me down

My uncle Mike came over last weekend and heard me complain about my warehouse gig for the 10th time. He told me straight up that I was wasting potential by staying somewhere with no raises or growth. I finally put in my two weeks notice yesterday and enrolled in a welding course at the community college in Austin.

Good for you man, seriously. My uncle tried to give me a similar talk once and I just nodded along then went back to my dead end sandwich shop job for another year... guess who's still making subs while you're learning a real skill. Welding is a solid move too, my cousin does that out in Midland and he's never had to worry about work. Beat of luck in Austin, hope that torch is easier to handle than a warehouse pallet jack haha.

Yeah that pallet jack's probably got more miles than my car haha.
