Burned $400 on a 'career coach' who just told me to update my LinkedIn

I was feeling super stuck at the warehouse, so I scraped together cash for a 'breakthrough session' with a coach I found online. For an hour, she basically read my resume back to me and said my profile picture was bad. The only 'action plan' she gave was to add more buzzwords to my LinkedIn headline. I feel like an idiot for expecting more. Has anyone found a legit way to get career advice that doesn't cost a fortune?

Yeah, I mean that's rough. I had a friend pay for a resume review once and the guy just told him to change the font. @joseph_black is right, it's wild what people charge for basic stuff. Maybe check if your local library does free workshops? Mine had someone from the unemployment office come in last month.
