Why does nobody talk about how a 20 minute call with a bank in Phoenix fixed my credit card limit?
I mean, I just asked them to move some of my credit from an old card I never use to my main one, and they did it right then, which made my credit score jump 40 points because my usage went way down.

Isn't it crazy how many things are just sitting there waiting for you to ask? Like @williams.sage said, so much of being an adult is just making the call or sending the email. I've noticed banks, doctors, even the cable company... they have all this power to fix stuff or change things, but they won't offer it up. You have to know to ask for it, and half the time they just say yes. It makes me wonder what else I'm putting up with that one simple question could solve.
