Paid $200 for a credit repair service and my score dropped 15 points
I signed up for one of those credit repair companies thinking they'd fix up my report quick, but after 3 months all they did was dispute a bunch of stuff that was already accurate and my score actually went down. Has anyone else gotten burned by those scammy services?

Read a thread where a guy said they just send template letters that hurt your score.

Oh totally @christopher_craig, I got one of those last month and my score dropped 20 points for no reason.
