Got my credit limit raised from $1,500 to $4,000 after 6 months of consistent payments

I used to just pay the minimum on my card and hope for the best. Then back in February, I started paying my full statement balance every single month. I even set up auto-pay to avoid forgetting. Yesterday my bank sent me a message saying they bumped my limit without me even asking. Has anyone else seen a jump like that just from steady on-time payments?

Jump into the habit and it pays off in weird ways. It's like how I started changing my own oil every 3,000 miles and suddenly my truck's transmission stopped acting up. Small steady moves snowball into bigger stuff you didn't plan on. Your credit limit going up without asking is the same deal. It's the quiet consistency that banks and life both notice. Keep doing what works and the system eventually just hands you more room.

And the weird part is you stop caring about the reward so it shows up faster somehow.
