Exactly right @grace_perry44, I did the same thing. First few months I just ran based on feel, it kept me from burning out and getting frustrated. Still barely check zones now, honestly feels like overcomplicating it early on.

So 3 months in did you actually track your zones or are you just guessing what "hard" and "easy" feel like?
