Wasted $800 on lip fillers that looked terrible for 6 months
I finally saved up and went to this trendy place in Portland for lip fillers because all my friends were doing it. The nurse convinced me to go with 1.5 syringes instead of 1 saying it would look "more natural" lmao. Two days later my lips were so swollen I couldn't even drink from a straw and when it went down they looked completely uneven. The left side was noticeably bigger and it cost me $800 plus $150 for the dissolve appointment that barely worked. Has anyone else dropped serious cash on a procedure that they instantly regretted?

Did you try massaging it or anything? I got this Groupon for laser hair removal once and the lady burned a pattern into my leg that looked like a weird zebra stripe for months.

@violafox That zebra stripe story is wild, makes me wonder if the person running the machine even knew what they were doing. A Groupon laser deal sounds like a gamble I'd never take again after seeing that. Did you ever try to get your money back or just let the weird pattern fade out over time?
