Walked into a med spa in Phoenix and saw 4 different people getting the exact same lip filler

They all had that same overdone duck look and I couldn't tell if it was just the trend or the injector pushing one style. Has anyone else noticed clinics pushing a specific look instead of customizing for each face?

The "buy three get one free duck lips" line got me at first. I used to think people getting lip fillers all looked the same and it was just a trend, but seeing how different the results can be depending on the person really changed my mind. Some people genuinely look better and happier after they do it. I guess I was just being too quick to judge.
