Rant: my injector pushed filler I didn't ask for and I saw it on the mirror in her chair
So I went in for a routine lip touch-up at a med spa in Dallas last month, just 0.5 syringe of Juvederm like always, and while I was numbing up the nurse practitioner asked if I wanted 'a little cheek balance.' I said no thanks, not today. Next thing I know she's got the needle in my cheek and I'm sitting there too shocked to say anything. When she handed me the mirror I had two swollen lumps popping out and she goes 'see, doesn't that look so much better?' Has anyone else had an injector just do stuff you didn't agree to, and did you say something right there or wait until after?
