Question about filler migration after a lip job

I was at a friend's wedding in Phoenix and my lip filler started to feel lumpy and move around after a few hours in the sun. I had to discreetly massage it in the bathroom to try and smooth it out, which only helped a little. Has anyone else had filler shift on them during a long event, and what did you do?

That heat can make filler swell and move.

Huh, that's a new one. From what I've read, it's more about UV breaking it down over time, not heat making it puff up right away.

Yeah, I saw clairefisher's point about heat too. My derm said even a hot shower can cause temporary swelling with certain hyaluronic acid fillers.
