My $600 chin filler dissolved unevenly after 8 weeks

I went back to the clinic in Phoenix and the nurse admitted she used a different brand than what I paid for, has anyone else dealt with a clinic swapping products without telling you?

Used to think this kind of swap was just a dumb mistake but honestly it's pretty shady. If you're paying for a specific product they should use it, no exceptions. Idk how they think they can just swap stuff out and hope nobody notices.

@rowan593 hit the nail on the head about it being shady, not just a mistake. The whole point of paying for a specific brand is knowing what's being put in your face, so swapping it without saying anything is basically stealing from you twice. I bet they count on people either not noticing or being too shy to speak up, which is just messed up.
