Just hit my 100th syringe of filler used on clients this year
I was doing my quarterly inventory count for the clinic and the number really jumped out at me. It made me realize how much more common subtle lip and cheek work has become compared to when I started. Has anyone else seen a big shift in what people are asking for lately?

My clinic went through 80 syringes last quarter alone, mostly for undereye filler and subtle jawline shaping. The shift from just lips to full face balancing is huge now. We started offering free 3D imaging consultations to show people the projected results, and bookings tripled. It turns out clients just needed a clearer picture of how small changes add up. That visual tool did more for our numbers than any social media ad we ever ran.

Imagine the waste from all those single-use syringes, @rowan422.

Oh come on, you can't seriously be blaming the waste problem on a few tiny syringes. Let's be real here, the plastic waste from your morning coffee cup or the packaging on your kid's latest toy is way worse than these medical-grade syringes. Plus, most of these clinics are actually pretty careful about disposal now - they have to follow strict rules for biohazard waste. It's not like people are just tossing them in the regular trash. And honestly, if a few syringes help someone feel more confident in their own skin, that's a trade-off I'm okay with. You want to talk about real waste? Look at the fast fashion industry or all those single-use plastic water bottles people buy without a second thought.
