Dropped $3,800 on CoolSculpting last year and I swear I look exactly the same.
My friend raved about her results and the clinic said I was a perfect candidate but nine sessions later my love handles are still right there and I wish I'd just used that money for a vacation instead because at least I'd have memories from Hawaii, has anyone else had this experience where a procedure just flat out didn't work for them?

Used to be the type who thought spending money on yourself was always worth it, but your story totally changed my mind. The clinics really know how to sell you on the dream, don't they? They show you all those before and after photos and make you believe you'll get the same results, but it just doesn't work for everyone the same way. A friend of mine spent a bunch on laser hair removal and it barely did anything for her either, so I guess some bodies just don't respond. Saving up for that Hawaii trip sounds way better now, at least you'd have something to show for your money besides frustration. What finally made you decide to try the procedure in the first place?

And just to clarify actually CoolSculpting freezes fat cells but it doesn't get rid of them permanently for everyone, some people's bodies just regenerate the fat or redistribute it to other areas. I have a buddy who swears it worked on his stomach but his back look weirder after.

Wait, nine sessions? You did nine sessions of CoolSculpting and it still didn't touch your love handles? That's insane, because I've heard most people just do two or three and even then it's iffy. I can't believe the clinic told you that you were a "perfect candidate" and then just let you keep dropping all that cash with zero results, that feels almost criminal to me honestly. I know someone who spent like $2,000 on a single session for their stomach and swore it made a tiny dent, so to hear you did nine times that and got nothing makes me wonder if those machines just work on certain body types and nobody wants to admit it.
