One Tuesday in March I framed a whole garage myself and made bank, next week lost 2 days to a busted compressor
Two weeks back I framed a 24x30 garage solo in Fairbanks in 3 days flat, no callbacks, clean inspection, and cleared $2,400 on the job. Then last week my old compressor quit mid job and I sat around 2 days waiting on a part, ate the delay, and lost the deposit on the next gig. So here's my question: do you chalk weeks like that up to luck, or do you think the slow weeks are really just bad planning on my end?
