Chose the coiled air hose over the straight one for my framing nailer, not sure I made the right call
Picked up a 50 ft polyurethane coiled hose over the straight rubber one at the supply house in Fresno about a month back. Coiled was $18 cheaper and way easier to toss in the truck bed, so I grabbed it. Now it drags on every stud and yanks the gun sideways when I cross a room. Straight hose guys, did I mess up or is there a trick I'm missing to keep the coil from snagging?
Did you try hanging the coil from a rafter or hook above your work area so it feeds down instead of along the floor? That takes the drag off the studs since the hose drops straight to you and the coil stays put.
