Vent: paid a $75 deposit to a fence guy in Fort Worth who never came back

Found him through a review page that looked fine, 12 five star posts and everything. He took my $75 deposit for a gate repair, said he would start on a Tuesday, and then stopped answering texts after two days. Turns out the reviews were all posted within the same week, which I should have checked first. Has anyone had luck getting a deposit back through a card chargeback in a case like this?
