TIL I hit 47 contractor reviews written this year and the number hit me harder than it should
I keep a little notebook of every job I hire out, and last night I counted 47 reviews I've left since January. That's wild for a guy who used to just hand over cash and hope. The part that got me was going back through them and seeing 31 were 4 or 5 stars, so my memory of everything going wrong was way off. I started doing this after a roofer in Irving left me hanging for 3 weeks, and now the notebook is just a habit. Does anyone else keep track like this, or do you just review when you're mad?
